Did the BOD counter sue to keep the legal fee meter running?
If the BOD were to win all the suits what will they have?
Will it be worth it $$ wise?
Will it be worth tearing the community apart?
Keep the waterfront private?
What about condo renters? Would your private beach allow condo renters to use the beach?
What if the BHVA was managing the marina of 164 slips and 40 were vacant - would they rent to non-residents?
